Founded and led by Hasri Omar, our business ecosystem consists of several independently operated companies across consultancy, training, corporate services, construction and technology sectors. Through a network of independently managed entities, O&E delivers integrated solutions for corporate, industrial and government sectors. The Company comprises four principal operating units which are O&E Environmental Consulting Sdn Bhd, O&E Construction Sdn Bhd, O&E Laboratories Sdn Bhd and Mercu Global PLT.
The O&E provides its services to various governmental bodies as well as to the private sectors which are involved in the industrial and manufacturing, properties developers, construction sectors, oil and gas, energy, petrochemicals and food manufacturing, our company is a well-established participant in the Malaysian environmental market in the segment of instruments and monitoring systems and laboratory testing services. Over the past years, we have undertaken over 700 projects and supported more than 100 businesses and governmental organisations to implement and optimise their sustainable development practices. |
